Terms & Conditions

In general the terms and conditions are that we will send off products as soon as possible.

Some of our products are kept in stock, but many are made to order. If we do not have products in stock and an order has been placed, a product will be manufactured and sent off as soon as possible - usually 1-4 days time

If you require a product urgently and it is time critical, please contact us to explain your situation and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.

We accept credit card and debit cards or direct bank transfers.

Custom louvres usually take about one week to manufacture.
