SHIPPING

We currently send products locally throughout Australia and Internationally via Australia Post. Delivery times for local deliveries is next day, provided orders are sent in an Express Post Satchel or within 3 days if items are sent by Parcel Post (Australia Post). Express post satchels can be used for orders up to 3 kilograms and provided the order will be suitable to be safely sent in a satchel, otherwise we will send your order in a suitable sized box or postal tube via Parcel Post. We can track your order with Australia Post by the receipt number that we recieve when we check in your parcel through an Australian Post store, and we can track online or over the phone. 

Please note that we do not automatically register or insure goods in case they are lost for any reason which is rare. This is to keep delivery costs to a minimum for our customers. However you are welcome to write to us or select these options through our delivery/shipping section on our online shopping cart if you wish.

Please note that we also use other local and international courier services as required and have several shipping agents to organise other larger palletised international orders.

PAYMENT

We accept credit cards and bank deposits.

All credit card information is sent directly to our credit card payment provider. Broad Louvres & Vents do not store any credit card information.

REFUNDS

Refunds or exchanges are are offered for faulty products or those that do not meet the advertised specifications. Please contact us to request a refund. As many of our products are made to order, we can not exchange or refund products if you change your mind or make a mistake.
