This louvre panel is to be used as a sunvisor for a F250 truck. I have only showed the rear view as the good front face is mirror polished and didnt want to peel off to scratch panel.

This panel is 2000mm long x 200mm high overall made from 1.2mm stainless steel with 100mm long louvres. The customer plans to fold it afterwards to suit.

We also put in a rounded bead down the middle of the panel as a stiffener.
