We can press in louvers into existing panels which previously have no louvers in them. The above example shows the louvers we pressing into an existing automotive panel.

We pressed 7 rows of 100mm long louvres into an aluminium panel to be used as a roof for an old Ford.

Panel approximatley 1100-1200mm wide x 1900-2000 long. Please see photos below.
