All have safety folds and include Bushfire ember mesh.

All vents compliant with BAL29 rating PLUS! Mesh Aperture less than 2mm.

We manufacture alot more sizes than shown below and custom sizes available.

EMBER VENTS 250 X 200 - FLAT - COLORBOND - WITH MOUNTING HOLES

The following Ember Vent is 250mm wide x 200mm high in Colorbond with safety folds and mounting holes.

This vent can be used to provide subfloor ventilation onto various wall cladding materials, or onto colorbond walls.

They have feathered edges or slightly bent edges to help seal around perimeter.

Hole diameter 4.2- 4.5mm approx - to suit most common off the shelf mounting screws.

The photos show how our 250x200 Flat Ember Vents are used in Subfloor Ventilation and mounted onto cladding.

It is a little hard to see as the vents are camouflaged well into the paintwork, but as you can see they look nice.

EMBER VENTS 290 x 230 COLORBOND - FLAT

Please note these vents are also available in stainless steel, zincalume and GAL.

We have included other materials beside colorbond here as this size is a common size for brick walls.

 

The 290mm wide x 230mm high Ember Vents will be suitable to fit over a one brick wide x 2 brick high hole opening.

They have folded or feathered edges and all new vents will have 6 off  - 3.3mm diameter perimeter holes as shown below:

Material = STAINLESS STEEL, COLOURBOND, ZINCALUME, GAL.

The louver below is shown in both stainless and also as final powder coated finish in Woodland Grey colour.

Please note these Ember Vents can be mounted onto brickwalls and also other surfaces- cladding, steel etc.

As you can see below, mounting holes are within 4 brick face surfaces so you dont drill into mortar.
